Moxon-reflector quasi-Yagi (manufacturing-robust fat elements), 915 MHz, single copper layer on FR4 1.6 mm, board cut to ribs.
Fat low-Q copper: driven/directors 12 mm, feed strips 10 mm, Moxon tips 12 mm; l_drv 120, tip_x 20, gap C 22 mm.
.gtl top copper (reflector + forward-bent tips + balun + driven + back-bent tips = one piece; 2 floating directors)
.gko board outline / edge cuts (ribbed frame: continuous central boom + a rib under each element; windows are cut out; the Moxon coupling gap is left clear)
.drl Excellon drills: coax centre 1.0 / shield 1.6 + 4x M2 2.2
Moxon end-coupling gap C = 22 mm (reflector tip end to driven tip end).
Slit between the two feed strips = shorted ~lambda/4 slotline balun.
Coax solders at the driven element: centre->+y arm, shield->-y arm->reflector.

CST STUDIO 2024 IMPORT
  Easiest: import moxon_yagi_robust.step (Modeling > Import > 3D Files > STEP)
    -> ready solids: FR4 board (assign FR4 lossy, eps_r 4.3, tan_d 0.02) and the
       copper layer (assign copper/PEC). Nothing to extrude.
  2D route: import moxon_yagi_robust.dxf (Modeling > Import > 2D Files > DXF),
    layers: BOARD -> extrude 1.6 mm FR4; COPPER -> extrude 0.035 mm on the FR4
    top face; DRILL -> circles for the coax/mount holes. mm units.
  Feed: discrete port across the 4 mm slit between the two feed strips at the
    driven element (x = 60 mm), i.e. between the +y arm (signal) and -y arm
    (return); 50 ohm.
