CPW-FED quasi-Yagi v3, 915 MHz, single copper layer on FR4 1.6 mm —
FULLY PRINTED. No bay, no jumper, no SMD: the matching network is the
FOLDED DRIVEN ELEMENT (fold conductor 4 mm wide, 6 mm ahead of the fed
arms, joined at the tips; l_drv 165). The only solder joints on the
whole antenna are the SMA pin and its 4 posts.
.gtl top copper (tie + rails + trace + split reflector + strips +
FOLDED driver = one piece; 2 floating directors)
.gko board outline (flare widened to +-80.5 over the driver; 6 routed
     windows + the CPS slit)
.drl Excellon: SMA pin 1.5 + 4 posts 1.7 (KiCad footprint
     SMA_Amphenol_132134_Vertical) + 2x zip-tie 3.0
.gts top soldermask (NEGATIVE: openings only at the SMA pin/post
rings - v3 has no other solder joint; antenna stays masked)
.gbs bottom soldermask (no openings) · .gto silk (flange square)

vs v2 (same board, series 4.7 pF 0402): v2 matches deeper; v3 needs no
part and no SMD soldering. Pick by your bench. Both are cable-
integrated: FDTD shows lambda/4, lambda/2 and 3lambda/4 tied-down
cables behave identically — route the cable STRAIGHT DOWN off the jack
and zip-tie it to the stand; any tidy length works.

ASSEMBLY: mount an Amphenol 132134 on the BOTTOM face at (-23.5, +1.5)
- the family x-spot on v3's RAISED feed axis (the trace bottom edge
sits at the transition height; the lower CPW gap runs in ONE straight
line from the tie into the CPS slot). Pin up through the board
soldered to its round 3.0 mm pad, 4 posts to the ground halves.
Clamp the stand on the rear tab. That's all. (Footprint copper is
drawn library-style: round pad, 2.0 mm neck between the posts, ONE
45-deg taper, then a straight 4 mm run; binding gap = 0.34 mask web.)

OUTDOOR HARDENING: see the v2 README / the gallery card - same rules
apply (silicone coat both faces + routed edges, copper face down,
neutral-cure potting at the tab only, brass-SMA torque 0.34-0.56 N-m,
spine + solid-tab clamp for mast service). v3 specifics: er corner
sweep 4.0..4.6 stays within -11.1..-12.3 dB @915 (the folded driver
is the most er-tolerant build in the family), and the crack-stop
drill at the slit end clears the fold conductor by 0.75 mm.

ORDERING (JLCPCB): order as 2-LAYER with the provided EMPTY bottom
copper (true 1-layer is NPTH-only; NPTH pads need 0.45 mm rings).
The MASK LAYERS ARE IN THIS ZIP (.gts/.gbs); HASL fine; regular
outline precision.

FDTD-verified (openEMS PML_8) — see cpw_yagi_printed.json on the card.
